Running In Place
This was me today, running in place. Exerting more energy than necessary and I am just beat down this evening. Still sick.
I thought this sickness thing was already done with for the year… What gives? I literally cannot breathe out of my nose right now, it is pretty pathetic. I feel pretty pathetic. Not to be a party pooper or anything. hehe
Dawes, one album, one band. Check out the rest of the album it may tickle your fancy. All I know is this song tickles my fancy. Goodnight.
mp3:Â Love Is All I Am
North Hills 2009 (ATO Records)
Available at eMusic
***EDIT: Forgot to mention Dawes will be at SXSW this year.

I pictured myself falling asleep while listening to this and laying on the sofa; it worked. zzzzzz ;)
Do you have any days off owed you from work? Perhaps you need a three-day weekend might help you feel better a bit. I hate you’ve been feeling bad lately, please let me know if you need anything. Distance is not an issue when you have access to jets. :D
Have the guys on the shuttle throw some steak at us so it’ll cook on re-entry!
hehe I am glad it relaxed you.
I certainly could use some days off… That is not in the cards at this moment.
Thank you Chris for your kind words, I am on the mend.
Pip, you are crazy! hehe
I don’t know about those steaks on re-entry Pip, might give a new meaning to the cooking term “well-done” :)
Glad you are feeling better Rachel. Friday’s coming, that can only help!
I like it very much!!
This is gorgeous! You always find the best stuff. I hope you are feeling better today – my lungs are still…um…not. :)
Awwww… Thanks you guys! I am glad you all enjoyed…
Unfortunately, I am not really much better either. I thought possibly a sinus infection but nothing snotty is green. Something happen to my eye though… Good times.
hope you get better soon ;)
I swear we came from the same mothership…I was just listening to Dawes last week and thinking they pretty much ROCK!…
FYI…a great radio station to stream…which has a lot of the music you pick is http://www.thecurrent.org
they are an NPR station….no commercials…one of their brilliant shows is “Theft of the Dial”….where a band gets to pick all the music they want to play for an hour….it is pure awesomenesss….
