I think I may have mentioned something about new music last time…But I kind of got lost listening to Explosions in the Sky tonight. So I say fuck it, who needs plans? I really try to plan out my posts at least a little in advance sometimes even if it is just some ideas but it never works out…There is too much emotion and feeling when it comes to music. But you know I find myself speechless listening to EITS…They just take me away.

The interview went as well as interviews go I suppose…I never really know how interviews go, it is so hard for me to judge that, it is all pretty damn nerve racking if you ask me…Especially if you are on your way to an interview and there are crazy taxi drivers following you who like to stop in front of you in the middle of the street and yell out the window, “You hit me and didn’t stop!”
Ummmm yeah…

So I should find out about the job sometime at the end of next week…I’ll keep you posted…But of course only if you want me to keep you posted, I don’t want to force any unwanted updates…

Question: Do you think it would be absurd to drive 6 hours to see EITS play in Arizona on Thursday 4/26?

    i smell a ROAD TRIP! : )

i know what you mean about trying to plan out the posts. i always have a bunch in draft form and then, just like you say, something comes up that takes precedence.

and of course we want updates! : )

Yes, updates! Though I’m going to be incommunicado from tomorrow for about ten days. Details to come chez moi…

Good luck with the interview – having given/sat through dozens, happy to give you pointers, if you like. But then again I once hired someone exclusively because she had shaved her head. But I’m not suggesting that you do likewise…

I would drive to arizona in a heartbeat, without question. try living in a country where they have never toured.

I didn’t even drive the 20 minutes to Lenny’s when they were in town, so I’m probably not a good person to ask. ;)

See Marcy you, Wayne and I as well as FiL I suppose…(FiL I am going to miss you, but I do always enjoy your return posts) The three of us are on the same page here.

People not on this page include Rich, Pip and I am sure there are others…Crazy people. ;-)

My therapist tells me I’m fine since the meds kicked in… I am officially uncrazified.

Did you see EITS? Living in Russia the past 4 years, I never have — unless crappy youtube clips count. Good bands rarely come here… nice blog, excellent taste…
