I must say I am loving the title of their new album, It’s A Bright Guilty World was released on my b-day (July 18th) on Future Farmer Recordings. Check out the link for a nice bio on the band and check out the bands myspace.

As for the music, well I am posting it so I am most certainly liking it…I decided to go with two tracks that sway in a slower acoustic direction than some of their other more airy tracks on this album. But I definitely think it is an album that is worthy of some attention…

Anyways I am off for the night, heading to Amoeba in LA. Have a wonderful night all!

That ‘Remember, remember’ song is gorgeous. There’s something of Elliott Smith in his voice. Liking it a lot.

Hope you had fun at the amusingly named Amoeba place.

coxon, I am not surprised you caught the resemblance to Elliott Smith…the Minders actually toured with Smith in the summer of 2000.
But I knew you would enjoy the sounds of The Minders, specifically those two tracks.
    You would love Amoeba.

    Michael, hehe
Actually, I become very picky when I go there, possibly a defense mechanism because I know if I am not I could seriously walk out with the entire store. (imagine that)
Amoeba is always good times and great vibes.
