Joshua Radin, We Were Here

Now, I am well aware that this album was not released on June 27, 2006 but rather June 13, 2006 and although I am not really liking the album cover (I think it would be a little better minus the lame picture of him on the door hanger), but I am loving the music inside.I am not going to carry on for long, I wanted to be in bed three hours ago…But before bed…
I have to say thank you…Tonight I was in a dark place, I just had a rotten day and tomorrow is going to be just as bad because that pill of a client is going to freak…But that is not the point…

The point is that I came home and read Pogo a Go-Go and Let’s kiss and make up… and I laughed, I cried and I heard some fantastic music. To Fil and Colin, reading your words and listening to your selected music is truly the high-light of my day and for that I thank you both. Cheers!

Also, how awesome was it to open up iTunes and see Alexi Murdoch up on the Indie Spotlight!!??!! It was so great! :)

Now my selections of the day are from Mr. Joshua Radin who is also a singer/song-writer type, and although Alexi stands high above anyone else in my book; Joshua would be my second choice, indeed.

Hope your day wasn’t too rotten.

And on the plus sdie, things can only get better. Unless of course someone plays you that song by D:Ream in which case they should be taken out.

In every sense of that phrase.

    Keep smiling : )

That’s a very fine second choice.

Hope you are doing better when this gets read :)

Step into the light out of the dark.

And cheers to you as well… if i may embrace you with fine words and compliments as well… you’ve put me upto / into so much new music it’s just overwhelming… (in a good way!)

So, do tell, Dear Lovelybelle, did you end up grinding the pill? Or did the pill turn out to be sweeter than expected??

Here’s hoping, with crossed fingers. And toes.

And Coxon, we find your lack of faith disturbing. Slagging off the Labour anthem? Doubleplusungood thoughtcrime…

Thank you so much for the kind words of support. I was all smiles, indeed. :)

To my surprise “The Pill” did not call today…Which is great but also a little unsettling. Like I just want to not go to work tomorrow…

Oh well, I figure worse comes to worse I leave a little early from work and drive into the pit of traffic hell tomorrow to deliver her work…Which has it’s pros and cons really.
