Tonight, I felt it necessary to toast to the one and only “King of Pop”, Michael Jackson. His life should indeed be celebrated. Cheers to you MJ! You will never be forgotten.
And if you do not have at least this album and then well you should go right out and purchase it!

Thriller was his great achievement and his curse. He spent the rest of his life trying to top it, instead of trying to make great music, and things got worse and worse. Fame is a fickle mistress, but he didn’t know anything else. I hope he has found the peace and the wisdom that always eluded him here.
Agreed, if anything I hope he has peace as well. His life was in no way easy and was quite a struggle. :-)
I loved his music, I mean, he owned the 80’s. But trying to break a record like that is impossible. Axle Rose is going through the same sort of breakdown now.
