At the tops of my lungs
Lets just jump right in shall we? I will be the first to admit I am high strung to say the least, it is just my nature, my mothers side obviously. I have limited patience. The only problem with this is that I can’t fake it. Damn it to hell. Sometimes I wish I could so badly! I wear my emotions on my sleeve, wait scratch that I spell it out in big bright red letters. So if you rub me the wrong way, it takes all the strength within me to hide it. I also know I have a lot of anger, I am not at peace yet… Still working on that but I am learning, I have my ups and downs you know?
Anyways, I needed to blow off some steam. IÂ jumped in my car and put on Mates of State, Re-Arrange Us. I love listening to this album super loud while driving in my car singing along. This album kind of surprised me because I didn’t really care for some of their previous work but this album has had some major staying power.

Well, if you have to be high strung, it’s good that at least Pip is always so reasonable and never loses his temper.
Heh.
Oh holy gawd, you and me have too many personality traits in common for our own good. I take out my frustrations at the local batting cage and spare the innocent on the highways!
Celera, yeah so sane and level headed at all times ;-)
Chris, you bring up a good point actually… usually one of my outlets is listening to music and writing but I think it would really help my anger to get a little more active.
Yes’m, something active is a great release of negative energy. I could probably play for the Dodgers if I took it seriously, but I have a day job!
I just saw something sad…I remember you had a blog post about Jeff Hanson last year. This article relays the sad news he passed away in an accident at home. Only 31 years old.
