Jon Stewart To Host Oscars

The buzz this morning is that Jon Stewart may be returning to host the 80th Academy Awards. Jon Stewart fans everywhere unite with glee including me. ;-)

    I was actually a bit disappointed at his performance at the Oscars two yrs ago. I’m a big fan of his humour but didn’t feel it worked well in that context … although I still laugh when I remember those bits about the political-style negative ads for the technical awards.

    You know I agree I mean it is not Jon Stewart at his best but on that stage they don’t give him nearly enough freedom so it is understandable.
