i keep thinking of the movie “heaven can wait,” when warren beatty comes back as the football player and meets julie christie in the hallway–they don’t know each other, of course, but there’s something familiar and they recognize that spark in each other’s eyes. that’s how i think it’s going to be. until then, we’ll always have glasgow . . . ;)

    Let’s talk about happy things.

    Nice new avatar, Rach.

Peanut from Harvey Birdman might say “Sprechen sie sexy?”, but I would never say anything so rude.

If nothing else, Colin’s departure is a good lesson in the paths of karma. He inspired you and many others to start music blogs. He is probably single-handedly responsible for reawakening love of music in thousands of people.

So his influence lives on. And nothing lasts forever, eh?

    bummer about Colin. :(

as for Hem, yeah Rabbit Songs is an incredible, incredible album. I liked No Word From Tom OK and I really like the new one – it’s probably their 2nd best album now – but nothing compares.
