Rough couple of days…
And you can hear a freaking pin drop around here, sheesh. Speak up people, feedback is always welcome.
But since I like music, you like music and some people over there like music then even though my laptop seems to be in bitch mode, I thought I would share something I ran across recently, it was not released in 2006 (Gasp!) Rachel’s will leave you just in awe, my kind of music indeed.

I think as I first said many, many weeks ago now in a comment over here, at your place… you seem to have this uncanny skill at getting it right every single time. I am in awe. Wonderful music. Absolutely my kind of music as well. But I suspect you know this.
And shock! Not a 2006 release! Could get used to that, you know.
Am playing catch up again.
Will download / play other tunes and comment in the right boxes.
Did love that ‘Through woods…’ track. Truly haunting stuff. You can’t beat the piano/strings mix. I thought it a little Eels like. Which is a good/very good thing in my little red book of Mao quotes.
Hope this finds you less rough. And laptop even lesser less rough.

colin, yes I admit it, I knew you would love this…Just fantastic, they make some great music and I think they have released like 6 albums…
Did you mean I could get used to posting music released outside of 2006? Or did you mean you could?
I guess I am wondering because I am pondering new ideas for the blog…So I am interested in your thoughts on that…

Ah, and Water from the Same Source – am bathing in it as we speak. Very sweeping, very evocative. Wistful, sad, uplifting, all at the same time. Good catch, Dearest Rachel.
Have now moved on to A Whisper in the Noise – also most delish! And two more back posts still to wend through! Yippee!!
