A Swift and Simple Transaction
It is quite rare for me to decide the music that I post in anything less than an hour at least.
There are those few treasures however which seem to fall into my lap from the heavens above, then upon first listen I know, there is no doubt…
- Alexi Murdoch (Not a surprise to most of you)
- Trespasser’s William
- The Kooks
There are others but there are also different levels depending on first impressions, the number of tracks on the album that stand out in my mind and most importantly,”Does it age like a fine wine?”
Obviously R/R coseboom has been added to this list…”Beneath Trembling Lanterns”Â’ is the new album from Rebecca and Ryan Coseboom, which is their first album apart from their Halou project.
An intricate album that deserves and demands your attention…
R/R coseboom, Shopworn (mp3 expired)
R/R coseboom, Arrhythmia (mp3 expired)

nice find on R/R Coseboom! I also like Trespassers William too.
wow… just wow…
I take pause so little and am surprised by music rarely my bar is set so high…
Love this, thanks.
I like this a lot. Especially the vocals. Reminds me a lot of Toni Halliday when she was at her most vulnerable… (I think that’s the word I mean… perhaps fragile?)
Anyway, I’m going to investigate R/R Coseboom further. My attention, it seems, demands it. :)
Another great find Rachel.
Now please just stop it will you, I mean, you are showing us all up :)
Look at me: I’m still posting about Suede and Morrissey as if it was 1994…
