WTF?
What the hell are these car companies thinking? And how the hell did they get themselves into this mess? Talk about loosing faith in Americas car companies…

Fiscal irresponsibility…it’s all the rage these days. ;)

Hi Rachel, missed you. Hope you’ve been well.

Seriously! I am kind of sick to my stomach to think that these companies are that irresponsible… I mean it is sad.

Hope all is well with you as well Chris! :-)

Even sadder, the consensus is that if they are bailed out now with the amount they are asking, they are likely to ask for more in just a few months. If they just look at the bottom line, they could cut millions out of their spending by NOT giving free vehicles to, say, multi-millionaire athletes or money to put a sticker on a NASCAR race car or even limiting their advertising. I’ve never bought anything simply because someone endorsed it. Never voted for someone either simply becuase of a celebrity endorsement, but it’s been a while since I noticed Oprah in from of Congress asking for some money ;)
